Appraisal Staff

J. Lloyd Brown

Lloyd has been preparing appraisal reports for over 40 years. A graduate of the University of Illinois, he is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser who belongs to the American Right-of-Way Association and the American Association of Certified Appraisers. Lloyd concentrates predominately on commercial appraisals and has a reputation as one of the best expert witnesses in court cases.

Tom has been part of Brown & Brown Appraisals since 1974. After graduation from Furman University, Tom returned to the family business. He is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and performs all types of real property reports.

After years as a real estate salesperson, Paul joined the firm on 1/1/98. He has been performing residential real estate appraisals since that time. As a Certified Residential Appraiser Paul has developed unique skills allowing him to clearly present his opinions of value.
